60 computers shipped to Romania today

Investing in Futures shipped 60 computers to Eastern European Bible College in Oradea, Romania today.  Monday we shipped 65 to Honduras.  It has been a great week.

New Life Box Day

Dr. Jeff Davis, pastor of New Life Assembly of God in Lakeland, Florida and several of the men from his church came to the warehouse today and boxed 60 computers so we could ship them to Eastern European Bible College in Oradea, Romania.

Painting the Office

Danielle Lacy, the Vice President of Investing in Futures, Inc., Ken Burcham, and Belle Andrews, spend two days at the warehouse painting the office walls and the bathroom. Thank you three for your labor of love.  Everything looks wonderful.

100 computers shipped to Cape Town today

Investing in Futures really got some good PRESS from the computers we shipped to Alabama Monday.

We also donated and shipped 100 computers to Cape School of Theology in Cape Town, South Africa today.

50 Computers sent to Alabama today

Dr. White and Investing in Futures, Inc.

 

You have just provided 50 computers for Covington County Schools in Alabama.  We are made up of nine rural schools located in Opp, Andalusia, Red Level, Wing, Florala and the Straughn Community.

More specifically most of these 50 computers will be used with/by/for special education students in our school system.  As Special Education Coordinator in Covington County for the past 2 1/2 years I have struggled to find the funds to provide enough technology in our special education classrooms to meet our needs.  Many children are visual learners.  Special education children are no different. 

We are excited about your gift and cannot wait to see the growth in learning that our children will make due to your help.

The Mayor of Opp, Alabama, H. D. (Durwood) Edgar, sent his truck from his personal trucking company (H.D. Edgar Trucking Company) free of charge to pick up the computers for us.

Praise the Lord! We are blessed!
