Toilet Paper

I just love my job!  I never know what is going to be donated next.  I received a phone call last week telling me that I was going to be given sixteen (16) pallets of Toilet Paper but that it all had to be sent overseas.  So we have a shipment ready for El Salvador and another for The Gambia, Africa.  They are going to be the proud recipients of rolls and rolls and rolls of toilet paper.  Can't you just see it now -- a group of teenagers sneaking a couple of rolls and TPing their pastor's hut!

Velvet Elvis

I am currently reading Velvet Elvis by Rob Bell.  If you have not read it, I highly recommend it.  Rob Bell compares life to a trampoline.  When a Dad bounces on the trampoline with his kids, the kids can go so much higher.  Rob Bell says that in the same way, we need each other. 

 

So I want to thank you for jumping with me on the trampoline.  Life is great!
