Glory! I finally have a warehouse! It is 40 X 60 and has a 12-foot roll-up door. The owner wanted $4,000.00 a month but I offered him $400.00 a month with the understanding that when he leases the warehouse, I will have 30 days to move out. The warehouse has been empty for a year. It is great to spread out after being cramped in nine different storage rooms. God is good!
